Veterans Day Message from Senator Greg Evers

On
this day, I am truly blessed and honored to take the time to recognize
all of our Veterans who have served in our armed forces to defend our
freedom and our country. With unwavering dedication and loyalty, these
men and women have faced the greatest threats to our nation and its
citizens, and have displayed true courage under fire.
We
are so grateful to our heroes and their families who are an inspiration
to all Americans; sacrificing so much to defend our beloved country,
our families and everything we love and hold dear.
I
am privileged to represent so many of you up in Florida’s Panhandle and
I wish that your service be recognized and praised not just today but
every day.
Whether
you are planning on heading out to a parade or attending a ceremony in
honor of our Veterans, I hope you and your families take some time to
participate in some of the many local activities and join other grateful
folks in celebrating and showing your appreciation for our Veterans.
